Hello…

I’ve resisted having a personal website for a long time. The internet doesn’t need another blog, and the world definitely doesn’t need another guy with a .com and a strong opinion about coffee. Yet here we are, and the why is worth a paragraph.

What this is

A small corner of the internet for people who’ve met me, heard about me, or fallen into a conversation with me and want a place to verify that I’m a real person who thinks real things. It’s a personal site in the older sense — not a launch page, not a funnel, not a personal-brand machine. Just a slow place.

You’ll find:

• An about page with the longer version of who I am.
• A short lineage, for the curious.
• This blog, where I’ll write when I have something worth writing.
• A contact link if you want to say hello.

I’ll write here irregularly. Things that interest me right now: language and how people use it badly, philosophy of mind, the slow strange unfolding of AI into ordinary life, gadgets, and the occasional good book.
